Steak a la Pizzaiola with Uncle Fred’s Fireworks Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 cuts of favorite steak (Sirloin, Strip Steak, Delmonico)
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese (either sliced or shredded)
- 1 (26 oz.) jar of Uncle Fred’s Fireworks Sauce
- oregano to taste
Directions
- Either broil or fry steak to your liking, season to taste.
- While steak is cooking, heat Uncle Fred’s Fireworks sauce.
- Transfer cooked steak to a baking dish and cover with preheated Fireworks sauce, adding a pinch of oregano.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 3 – 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
