Pork Milanese with Uncle Jim’s Late Night Puttanesca

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 6 bone-in pork chops, season with salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1 (26 oz.) jar Uncle Jim’s Late Night Puttanesca
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lightly flour pork and sear on both sides.
- Place pork in baking dish and cover with Unlce Jim’s Late Night Puttanesca sauce.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese over top.
- Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite rice or potato.
